Dishes 'To Delight
Passionate About Creating Nice Homemade Food And Dishes
Hi, my name is Christopher Brough. I have over 23 years of experience working as a chef, having worked in various locations, clubs and events including the following: Mid Yorkshire Golf Club, Arla Foods, Britannia Hotels and the Ebor Race, as well as a few festivals. (Four years ago) I decided to set up my own catering business which is when I founded E&G Caterers, now rebranded as Dishes 'To' Delight. I do this because I really enjoy the intimate environment of the catering sector.
Over the years I was able to develop a lot of knowledge of cooking and I wanted to share this with people, which is why I also offer cooking sessions in West Yorkshire. Cooking food from scratch using locally sourced ingredients is healthier, cheaper and tastier.
I understand that it can be difficult it if you don't have the time or knowledge, but my cooking sessions are designed to make it simple and easy!
I am a people person – I love to find out about people and their different cooking techniques and skills which they have. So if you are like me or not, lets get together on this culinary experience and see what we have here at Dishes 'To' Delight.

Having used his services recently for a course of cookery sessions at our charitable project, I am pleased to report we are very happy with the service provided. Christopher is hardworking, motivated and enthusiastic in his work and promoting his business. He is a pleasure to work with and has enhanced our project no end. We have been able to work together for the last 6 months, planning and implementing the project and Christopher has been at the forefront throughout. His standard of working and diligence in food preparation and hygiene is second to none, and he takes great pride in his work. I would thoroughly recommend him for his services.”
